We store this information to be able to process your refund (please refer to our Refund Policy) and to assist us to resolve any misunderstandings that may occur between us. To make your experience easier in the future, we may also store your payment and billing information but will always ask your permission before doing so. We also collect billing and payment information of our Clients for our administrative and financial management purposes.
