We work from Monday to Saturday (9 am – 5 pm), but you may reach us anytime through eMails, or Calls and we shall respond back in no time.

You may pay us via PayPal  (which is considered as a secured and the most preferred payment gateway across the world). We will provide you our PayPal details in due course.

Of-course! All our services come with an option to have UNLIMITED number of revisions, (which means – we shall keep all of your revision-requests, until we both reach the point when you are completely satisfied with the output.

Yes, for subscriptions products  (like – Magazines, Comics, Journals)  sold through our site, you can request a refund (within 30 days of purchasing subscription) if you are not satisfied with it and thus may cancel your subscription.

We deliver our services using either eMails, Dropbox, or through secure FTP clients.

AuroPress is a $50 shop!
That being said, any or each of our service that we offer is fairly priced around $50 USD. In some cases the price goes as low as $10 USD. Let us discuss your project in details, for a confirmed price quote.

No 🙂 We do not work on any freelance sites, because we believe that those are not worth the quality of work we do. You may please review the Portfolio section to see what we mean here.

The normal turnaround time for any given project is 2 to 3 business days. We can discuss it more specifically while discussing the project. Please let us know in case you need it to be done on a fast-track. No urgent charges though! 🙂

To let us get started to your project, what we need from you are the following:
a) Your Project’s detailed information ( it is usually a text write-up explaining about what you are looking for to get designed).
b) The medium it is intended for (i.e. whether Print Media or Digital only or both)
c) The input files (if any – which may include..
-text matter (content)
-your Logo
-Colors (specifications if any)
-images (if you have any)
-company name/author name etc
-and just anything that you may have and want that to be included in your project.

We request 50% advance to be paid upfront when we start working on your project and rest 50% on completion of your project i.e. after we deliver it. Thus keeping both of us safe 🙂
